Hi All,
actually my ticketing system is a simple mailbox.
I'm evaluating some software and Lansweeper is the best actually i found so i decided to test.
As i wrote actually when users need something they wrote a mail to it@domain.com.
Is it possibile link this mail to Lansweeper so, when a user writes a mail, lansweeper receives it and convert in ticket?
If yes could you please tell me how to do? in case some tutorial that i can follow?

Yes this is possible. You will need to configure the address that users send tickets to under the configuration -> E-mail settings tab. When users send a ticket, the ticket subject will be the email subject and the body of the email will be the body of the ticket. The use of the ticket will be the user who emailed the ticket. The type of ticket assigned will be what ever you have the default set to in the configuration -> Ticket content tab. Hope this answers your question.
