I have update to LS 12.2 on-prem.
It hangs when try to edit report for long time.

Dear all,
We found the root cause. As a workaround, you can put the attached file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data on your Lansweeper server. Unzip the file as an XML in that folder.
This should speed things up again.
Note this will apply only for version 12.2.0.4
Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will make sure to get it right in the next release.

I noticed the same yesterday with one report, I tested it again and it took almost a minute to finally load up the editor. I also tested several other reports, some loaded quickly while a few took some time. I'll see if there's any similar queries between them.
**Update**
I just edited the first report again to get its code, and it loaded into the editor immediately. Not sure what's going on.

Do you have this with all reports?
When we check internally, some reports seem to be taking indeed a bit longer than expected, but after 10-20 they open finally.
Do you see this on all reports?

Yet. It happens with any report.
LS hangs for some minutes and all users can not use web-interface.
After report is opened editing of report works fast. But after some time problem is repeated.
