Engaged Sweeper

Hello - we are a government entity with linux servers NOT connected to the internet, so the cloud relay is not an option.  We're trying to use LSagent to perform a local scan of the environment and report back to our Lansweeper server.  We are receiving the following errors in the lsagent logs:

Did you check FW?

If you check the screenshot:ed logs lsagent successfully connects and collects the agent configuration just fine. In my case, I have hundreds of working endpoints running windows in the same networks as my linux machines that are experiencing issues. I do not believe that a firewall is the issue.

I meant local firewall rules.

Antivirus?

Sometimes we have blocking of http traffic on linux by antivirus.

I'm getting this as well, running a server with 11.1 and the latest linux lsagent. Did you resolve this issue?

You have to create support case.

I don't think you should respond to threads with answers that doesn't further the conversation, it just adds noise. Thanks for your input.
