mobile devices (android, ios) not found in scan

Lansweeper is not scanning mobile devices (android, ios). What to do ?

Hi there, 

currently mobile devices can only be scanned if they are enlisted in Microsoft Intune or VMware Airwatch. 

We've added this feature to our customer wishlist as a feature request. Feature requests are prioritized based on customer demand and implementation difficulty. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this will be implemented or provide you with an expected release date.

I have also same problem. My fortinet firewall can see mac and device name. But lansweeper cant retrieve atleast. Mac , IP, and device name for inventory. Why we need airtag and intune just to read the device inside our network? They should enable this feature.  We purchased the license and end up going to microsoft and add the device and scan link to microsoft?
