Hello,
we use Iiyama monitors on many of our clients. However, also devices from Acer.
The latter are created as an asset and then displayed in the summary page of the client asset.
Unfortunately not the Iiyama. These can only be read out cryptically from the information Config-Display-Monitor.
I would appreciate it if the Iiyama devices were also created as an asset. Is this a problem with our installation or a general LS problem?

Hi,
Could you please try to rescan an asset with such a monitor manually? This should scan all available items normally.
If the monitors are then not being picked up we recommend sending a mail to support@lansweeper.com
