Engaged Sweeper

We have just installed an on-prem setup of Lansweeper (11.4.19) on our estate and I have a question on Dashboards. I plan to create different groups of users ( Tier 1, Tier 2, Security, Infrastructure, Management etc) and each of  these will have basic dashboards (already predefined by the LS Admins) . They will in turn have the capability to add tabs and widgets to their accounts after they login the first time.

I have been trying to locate the place where to create a new dashboard but  cannot seem to find it anywhere.. Google says something on these lines but i cannot find the ADD DASHBOARD link.

To create a new dashboard:
  1. Go to Dashboard > Create new board.
  2. Give your board a name, then select Create board.
  3. Select Add new widget. .
  4. Configure widgets as necessary.
  5. Select Save board. .

This issue is also manifested using the built in account which has full permissions..

There is no support for groups.

There is no support GUI for dashboard permissions. Only Global Tab.

Thanks for answering the question but I still cannot figure out how to Add New Dashboard. Its not the reporting that i have trouble with ( not got there yet!)

It's called "Add New Tab".

Does it mean I will have to log on as the users and setup the dashboards for each the user ?

To give an example: I am expecting that the ls_admin (or any other admin) will create a dashboard called Tier 1 Dashboad and Security Dashboard. They will have completely different tabs and widgets..  Then each member of the Team is given the dashboard to start with when they log in, and they can customize their dashboard..

I cannot locate where i can design these different dashboards and eventually where to save them and allocate the, ? I cannot find any documentation or videos on the matter ( i have an on prem setup)

Admin can create  and customize own dashboard and set global visibility for all users.
