Plugin ERROR Google Chrome needs to be configured to run Basic and Advanced actions.

Good day , I'm trying to use the left panel to ping the device!, I install the plugin according with the instructions, but I keep getting the message Plugin error Google Chrome needs to be configured to run Basic and Advanced actions.

I check google chrome and idd, plugin is enable! ready to go, but lansweeper still doesn't see it!

any advice?

Is it possible that you are using a 64-bit Chrome browser? Because we know there are problems with the 64-bit version of Chrome. We recommend using a 32-bit version of Chrome or another browser.
