Hi,

 

Not sure if anyone can help me. I upgraded to the latest version and now my printers are not scanning correctly. I am getting the Scan Incomplete - SNMP was not scanned, but existing record has SNMP info. I tried deleting the asset and am now not even getting any detailed information on the printer. Does anyone have any suggestions?
