"No Data Found" SNMP

Hello,

So I am trying to add Custom OID templates to Lansweeper instance we have here. I have used Synology Documentation and its very own MIB file and imported it into Lansweeper. I matched the OIDs to the device and it should be reading completely fine. Not to mention it is able to scan the base OID fine.

As seen in the screen shot the OID are scanned but "No Data Found".



I followed the trouble shooting tips that can be found here

I was able to open devicetester and ran a test. However if you notice under custom scanning OIDs it only shows the main OID scan object.



Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Did you ever end up finding a solution to this? I'm running into the same issue with our Juniper Switches.
