I have a strange issue with remote control. The service installs ok on client and run correctly but port 5900 is not opened. If a run winvnc.exe on client manually, the port is opened and remote control goes ok.

Can't see anything wrong most likely the winvnc version is the problem.

Would it be possible to upload the procmon log?

I've tried with procmon. , too much information for me. The errors that I saw were about registry keys not found and files not found, about winsock nothing.

The problem are in two domains on two separated networks. I discard GPOs and FireWall.

Could you try with procmon.exe to see if you can find any errors/access denied messages
