There are built-in dashboard widgets you can use to report on help desk data. New reports were added to the existing Chart Report widget as well. You can also build your own reports under Reports\Create New Report. The report builder is a standard SQL editor, so anyone that knows SQL will be able to use the report builder as well. These tables aren't documented yet, but help desk data is stored in "htbl..." tables. We'll add some sample reports to the Reports tab in a future release.

I'm assuming the sample reports will be added to a Lansweeper update. As briefly mentioned in my previous post though, there are dashboard widgets with help desk statistics and you can build your own reports under Reports\Create New Report as well. Anyone that knows SQL will be able to build reports in our report builder. SQL tutorials can be found online, here for instance. While the help desk ("htbl...") tables are not documented yet, most are named very logically. You can search the table names as well, with the search box below the table list.

When these sample reports become available, where will they be posted? We just upgraded and love the new interface, but we have a number of basic reports in our old system that don't seem obviously available.

If there is a FAQ or something on the topic of help desk reports, please shoot me the link.

Thanks!
