HI Team,
We have installed a scanner in one entity, but the service is showing down in the Lansweeper console.
The Lansweeper service is already started in the server and its fine as well, after the Lansweeper scan service installation we have changed the db password form the configuration editor as well.
After the installation the scanner connected to console but after one days its showing service not started even though service is running in the server. We were able to telnet DB server as well and connection is successful. Attaching the error log for the references.
