Into our ticketing system we receive notifications for new staff that we need to create in AD. Key feature in our AD system is the personal ID number every person in Iceland has and this number is of course part off new tickets for new staff.
If I search for some numbers in search (all tickets) it does not work. Even numbers I know are in a ticket(s).
This is very bad for us, is it possible to fix this bug in the search?
Regards, Vala.

If these numbers are present in the ticket description, subject or notes then you should be able to find it. It is possible the number is part of a larger string of data, which might not always be obvious when looking at the text in a web browser. You could try adding wildcards to the number, ex: %1234567%. Searches might take a bit longer to complete when using wildcards, so it's best not to use small words when using wildcards (ex: %test%).
