Hello everyone

I'm troubleshooting SNMP on my ArubaOS-CX devices.

It seems our Lansweeper server cannot access the Lansweeper online MIB library, but when using the DeviceTester SNMP works properly. 

I'm getting a "Message: Forbidden" message when attempting to access the URL. (https://mibapiprd.lansweeper.com/)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for answering.

Problem solved, I've used the 'Context' field for a description. The 'Context' field is used for something else 😉 (Not for description purposes)

Dear, 

 

When scanning a device with SNMP, the MIB library isn't really consulted. 

Are you sure the credentials for scanning are correct? 
If they work for devicetester, they should work for scanning as well. If they are correctly mapped.
