Hello,
We have setup a connection to our cloud to scan our intune devices. But overlooked the line "Specifically, Android, iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Windows Phone mobile devices can be scanned"
So we found out the hard way that a simple windows laptop/device can't be scanned.
Will this be implemented? If yes, when?
We are migrating all of our current domain workplaces ( around 650) to intune. it would be very usefull to keep scanning those assets.

We're also desperate for this.
I'm trying to work out a way of seeing what devices are related to what users and what emails. We have a massive issue with multiple devices distributed to users so we're trying to work out what people are using. LSAgent is installed on "most" devices but this doesn't account for personal devices and some devices it doesnt work on (ironically mine is one).
If we're able to pull in the data from intune, especially laptops and last contact times, primary users, enrolled user, joined/registered, ownership etc we'll be able to know that user A, with email B, has device C associated and active on that account. Alas at the moment we can't do that which is a real shame. Fine if its a mobile but laptops is the real issue for us.
