Klicking on "Download Now" will show this

Where can I download 11.3.0.0 ?

Right under that message with the SHA number, there should be a field to enter your business email address to enable the download. Could you confirm that field is visible for you? If not, could you disable any adblocking or cookies management extension you have installed?

I can see this filed that is not the problem. It is dowloading the old version, as you see in your screenshot it is version 11.2.2.0 that is beeing downloaded and not version 11.3.0.0

I got the exact same message but indeed, no new version to download...
