User's Manual for Ver 6.0

Version 5.3 had a user's manual that could be downloaded and printed out, is one (or will one) be available for version 6.0? This would be most helpful.

We removed the PDF manual from our website a long time ago, because the PDF was too difficult to maintain and keep up-to-date. All of the information found in the PDF was migrated to our online knowledge base. We're still adding articles for 6.0, but many features have already been documented. This section of the knowledge base specifically covers help desk features.

We may add an option to download an offline copy of the knowledge base, but we don't have a release date for this feature.
