Using Lansweeper Cloud

Good morning.  My company has started introducing end users to Lansweeper Cloud.  Is there a way to get the current users and their access rights copied to Lansweeeper Cloud, or do you have to invite them through the Lansweeper Cloud Account manager.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you cannot copy the Users and Roles from on-prem to Sites. You will need to invite all the users through the invitation system in Sites.
