Has anyone else experienced issues prioritizing LsAgent scans over agentless scanning? We've disabled agentless scanning and ensured that LsAgents on workstations are up-to-date, yet some of these workstations are not appearing in the Default LsAgent scan group, which is affecting the accuracy of scanning.

Hello Agraden, 

Is LsAgent syncing correctly with the relay? You can see this normally in the LsAgent logfile.

Or do they arrive in the wrong group?
It could be that the communication with the relay is failing. 

The LsAgent logfile is C:\Program Files (x86)\LansweeperAgent\LsAgent.log
If there is any doubt, you can contact the Support team, and they can have a look at the logs as well.
