Notes for Devices

I would like to be able to write some notes (exspecially Changes and Reasons etc.) to the history of a device.

2012-07-13 Syncmasta : HDD failure; Changed HDD; Install Image

That is correct. You are guaranteed access to all updates for the duration of your licensing period, including the update to Lansweeper 5.0.

In the annual fee is always the newest Version of Lansweeper included, right?

This will be possible in Lansweeper 5.0. You will be able to add comments as well as documents to computers and devices. Lansweeper 5.0 is currently in development and we expect to have a beta release ready by October.
