We have some recurring processes where this would be handy, for "logging" some nightly sync email summary events... As one example...
Here's a mock up of what I mean by assign to an asset...
Our summary could be received as a ticket, and auto-assigned to the asset... Which would be useful to our other technicians who may need to review that summary the next day... Without cluttering up the helpdesk, it could be neatly tucked away with the asset, linked and auto-closed for review when necessary...
Anyone else?
