Ticket link generation on close

Anyone know if its possible for lansweeper to generate a link to the ticket when its closed?

I am working on setting up a satisfactory survey when tickets are closed that would feed either the ticket number or a link to the ticket into Jotform. If anyone has guidance I would appreciate.
