Track interventions on the computers

I wish to have tracking of all the incidents we have with a computer - keep the history of it.

You can already create reports for quite a few hardware changes with the tables ending on "hist".

The "Action" field in these tables will return a value of 1 or 2:
1 = added
2 = removed

When hardware was replaced, we need to keep that information. For instance a drive was replaced, or a board...
