When you link your local Lansweeper installation with Cloud, a number of prerequisite checks are performed to ensure your installation is ready to link.
Ordinarily, if the prerequisite checks are successful, the initial push of your Lansweeper installation to Cloud will succeed.
However, sync errors can still occur if certain conditions change after the prerequisites checks have run.
A few consideration when following the diagram:
IIS Crypto is a free tool that gives administrators the ability to enable or disable protocols, ciphers, hashes and key exchange algorithms on Windows Server. It's free for download here.
You can use the tool and implement Best Practices with a single click to ensure TLS1.2 is enabled. Note thate a reboot of the device is required in order for the changes to apply.
We also have a troubleshooting article available here.
