This post shows a troubleshooting diagram to troubleshoot the RPC unavailable scanning error.
A few considerations for following the diagram:
- Rescan asset is done by navigating to the assets summary page and hitting the Rescan now button in the top left corner.
- The connection test tool, testconnection.exe, is found on your scanning server in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions
