Hello,

I manage three distinct domains with lansweeper 3.5.1. I can scan two of them (trusted), but I can not scan the third (which has no trust with the domain where Lansweeper is installed).

When I try to validate the user, Lansweeper says that it could not contact the server and tells me in the Errorlog file the following error message for both domain controller "The server is not operational".

The server on which is installed Lansweeper can contact the Domain Controller (i.e. a ping with the DNS or Netbios names works perfectly).

Is there a solution to solve this problem?

Thanks.

Most likely it's a naming resolution problem.

Add "cosmos.local" to the dns search prefix list on the lansweeper server and it should work.

The connection with the FQDN is okay. But I want to send a command the connection is lost

Are you able to do the same on FQDN?
"telnet pandora.cosmos.local 389"

Are you from the server able to telnet to PANDORA (netbiosname) port 389?

"telnet PANDORA 389"
