I can´t figure out how an end user (Not helpdeks agent) can Add an external CC user via Helpdesk Website (My tickets) which is not already in our Active Directory or in Lansweeper?

- Same problem if a user creates a new Ticket.

- If Helpdesk agent creates a new Ticket the Agent can Add a new user.


Please add to "Wishlist" if not already possible:
Both end users and Helpdesk Agents need to able to add an external CC user without "creating the user" first.
