I recently added snmp support to several devices on my network (switches). How do I get LanSweeper to rescan these devices and detect the new resources? I even tried removing a device and telling active scan to rescan hoping it would show up again but with new features... It's not showing up at all now. Any ideas?

It won't let me use the lstrigger tool because that requires a domain name. And since these are devices, not computers, they aren't part of AD.

Thanks... I think I have corrected the problem. I have tracked it down to a malfunctioning service... It is running now. Hopefully the new scans will correct the problems I was seeing.

When I try to go to the URL I get 'cannot display web page' error. When I view the error log directly in the service directory the last entry was from 3 weeks ago and is:

Login failed for user 'lansweeperuser'.
A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.

Do you see anything in the errorlog file.
when you go to http://127.0.0.1:9524 on the server is the queue empty?

Same problem as before. The switch that I removed from the database is still not reappearing after a scan and the switches that were already in the database are not picking up the new SNMP features that I setup on them. Any ideas?

I also added a new scan-range for our phones and clicked the button to 'scan all available ranges' and they do not seem to be showing up yet.

I've tried that but it doesn't seem to refresh the devices, nor does it re-detect the one I removed while trying to get it to refresh.
