Hi guys,

I was wondering if it is possible to add some additional fields to my ticket filters? Currently it shows thing like priority and subject etc.

I have some custom field I would like to add to the ticket filter view so I don't have to go into the ticket to view the field.

It is possible to add extra columns in your ticket filter. However, you will need to be Lansweeper version 6.0.110 or higher.
