Hey guys, new user to lansweeper here, been using it for about 6 months as an asset management and internal helpdesk ticketing system.
I don't "live" in lan sweeper I just jump into it as the tickets trickle in to resolve them. It would be a lot easier if the email sent on ticket creating could have a URL straight to the ticket included, how can I go about setting that up?
Under Configuration\General Settings there is an option called Include links to web interface, when this option is checked, users will be able to directly follow a URL to their tickets.
