Hi,
Some androids / ios devices might be scanned, but most likely not. To check this you can try the device tester to the device, but probably no usable ports and/or protocols will be enabled.
Perform the test performed to this machines using the devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)/Lansweeper/Actions on your Lansweeper server. Please perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the problem machines.
