EmailLog.txt file become big in size

Dears ,

the file EmailLog.txt has become 40 GB in size, please guide on how to safely remove this file.

update : the file can be removed after stopping the Lansweeper Service .

but how this log can be disabled ?

Hello,

You can disable the logging to that file by disabling the debug logging. You can do that with configeditor.exe, which you can find in C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Tools
Remove the LogHelpDesk... appsettings, and put the value for debug to 0.
Afterwards save the configs and restart the service.
