Error During lansweeperdb backup

I am attempting to update the lansweeper software and following the steps to back up the database beforehand. Services are stopped and my account has permissions. I have received an error stating "Cannot use the backup file -filePath- because it was originally formatted with sector size 512 and is now on a device with sector size 4096" and am uncertain how to proceed. Any ideas?
