Hello,
I'm using a form to send helpdesk tickets to our Lansweeper helpdesk system. The problem is that the "From" field in the email coming from the form is the system account that is used to manage the form (M365 SharePoint / Lists / Forms whatever, it is implemented with PowerAutomate). I could however set the CC field in the message and with that define who is the real person behind the IT support ticket.
How can I make Lansweeper pick the CC email address instead of "From" field as the ticket submitter?
