Hello Lansweeper Community,
I recently installed Lansweeper on a Windows Server, but I encountered an issue during the installation process. The installer skipped the step where I could choose between setting up a Cloud Site or an On-Premise installation. Instead, it directly moved to the linking code area, assuming a cloud setup by default.
I need to configure Lansweeper as an on-premise installation, but the option to select this during the setup was not presented.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello altx,
Most likely, the setup was run before as a Cloud-first installer.
InstallShield tends to store that in the registry and then runs the installer in the same way.
You can run the installer as a command and add the parameter /classic. This should work.
