I think the Assets Cleanup in the new version is not correct running.
I have Permanently delete assets not seen 90 days    but I see this assets as not active... the assets was don´t deleted!
I see after 90 days my assets for NON-Active, but normally after 90 days must delete from Cleanup process self.

I have the same problem with version 11.4.1.9.  Have opened a case yesterday and submitted logs and my setting showing all checked and set to 30 and 45 days.  I have over 4000 assets that should have been deleted, and are taking up licenses.  Waiting on a response.

I review today again and today it is work. I don´t have data older 90 days what is configured in my environment.
If I have the problem still then I open a ticket.
