Hi all,
When attempting to set up the Lansweeper App for Jira Service Management Assets  when attempting to load the object schema, we are receiving the error:
Invalid Atlassian credentials. Please enter valid email ID and API token.

I have tried with a couple admin emails and recreating the API tokens TNA.
Any advise on what we may be missing?

Hi @EthanBills

Just to add to this and confirm that this is with the Atlassian side.

We have checked the permissions for the account and all looks good. API call is being recognised by the token on the Atlassian side.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I still run into the same issue, even using an org admin account.

Hi,

Is the issue you're having just with the Atlassian Credentials section or with the Lansweeper Credentials section as well? If it is with the Atlassian Credentials, I would recommend making sure the email being used has the user role under Jira, Product admin under Jira Administration, and jira-admins under Group membership (see attached for example). If it is the Lansweeper Credentials section, I would recommend making sure you are following the steps found under authentication: Cloud API | Documentation – Lansweeper. Please make sure you are using a personal application as well. Finally, this post has all the appropriate instructions: Integrate Lansweeper with Jira Service Management Assets please make sure you are following all the steps found here.

Thanks!
