I was delighted to see that non-http2 proxy support has been added.

The changelog states

  • Added: LAN-15705 Added non-http2 proxy support to sync with the cloud.
  • Changed: LAN-14935 Extended proxy support for cloud sync.

Yet, I still get the same errors as I did pre-update.

We are using a non http2 proxy, the prerequisite check for cloud syncing states

Our proxy does not block any URLs.

Hi ErikT,

I updated to 11.1.4.6 but still unable to link to the cloud.  I have received the same message as ThoKi.  Any updates as to correct this issue?

Sweep that LAN, sweep it!

Thank you for your reply David_GF.  We received an update of version  11.1.5.1 today.  I will apply this first before reaching out to support.

I have the same problem with edge.lansweeper.com, the connection goes through the firewall and not through the proxy, which is why the connections are blocked.
