Hello Guys,
I have a small question regarding the font of the tickets in the Helpdesk overview.
Some tickets inside the overview are in bold (fat) font and some in normal font... And the problem is that I can't figure out what this means.
I had some ideas but they where all proven wrong, e.g. unread tickets, updates, etc.
I've watched a one hour long video explaining all functions of the helpdesk, but this was not explained.
Any ideas?
