I have been trying to add a new printer to our inventory. When I enter the information and click on the save asset nothing happens. If I go to the full asset list the new asset is not there. I then went and deleted some assets and tried again without any success. What should I try to fix the issue?

I have version 7.1.100.16 which is the latest update.

Not quite sure. I'm assuming that the printer is not connected to the network if you're trying to add it manually.
You could take a look in the errorlog (Lansweeper\Service\errorlog.txt) or the weberrorlog (Lansweeper\Website\App_Data). See if there is anything useful in there.

All the listings post a number than INFO and FreeLansweeper
