Hi,
There are a few PCs that do not run Lsagent on daily basis. During troubleshooting, it was found that there is an entry of Enabled=0 in the LsAgent.ini file of these PCs.
(1) What may cause the Enabled flag = 0? (2) Will re-install the Lsagent program renable the Lsagent automatically? If not, what's the procedure to re-enable the Lsagent?
Thanks in advanced for any input.
Example of LsAgent.ini:
[default]
Server=a.b.c.d
Port=9524
AgentKey=xxx
Enabled=0
AssetId=xxx
ComputerName=COMPUTER01
LastScan=638173155278008298

Status=Running
Version=10.0.1.1

Support has a KB for this problem and pointed it out to me.

Thank you - looks like I triggered it by deleting the asset - I had hoped that this would trigger a rescan/reset but apparently it disables the agent.

Any generally applicable solutions for this or ways to prevent it? I noticed one of our machines had this setting as well. Clearing state and restarting seems to have resolved it for now.
