A user creates a ticket, and Lansweeper creates new tickets for each response, is there anything i can do this?

Can you please check if the email address you are using for the Helpdesk is not in cc in the replies that are automatically sent?
Also, verify that the settings in the attached screenshot are correct.
Additionally you can also set up filters to ignore specific subjects or users.
