Hi all,
Recently we've noticed that .msg files are not being included as attachments whenever the ticket is created/updated from an email source.
We are using O365 with Microsoft Graphs integration. The .msg file can be found in the mailbox so that is not the issue. Also I've checked Lansweeper configuration and we are not filtering any kind of attachment there either.
Other attachments are working. Also if I use the web interface to post a reply and include the .msg attachment that will work.
Any thoughts?

Hello there!
Unfortunately, this is a known bug in the current Lansweeper version. It was logged under bug ID: LAN-13889.
As a workaround, you could try zipping the .MSG files, as those should still be imported.
