I have a strange issue with remote control. The service installs ok on client and run correctly but port 5900 is not opened. If a run winvnc.exe on client manually, the port is opened and remote control goes ok.

Yes, process is running but port is not open.
I installed Remote Control like a service manually and does not work.
I run Remote Control in console mode and run ok.
I had disabled antivirus and all the gpos and does not run.
But, the lsremote.exe from lansweeper version 5.1 work fine.
Is it a version problem?

When you run lsremote do you see the VNC process created on the target computer?
You can test with procmon.exe

No, but running it manually opens port correctly.

Have you tried choosing another port?
