Hello, From the Lansweeper console, in the user tab,
the telephone numbers also appear, and I can call from the console,
but only the Microsoft phones appear (MS-Teams and Skype),
but my organization uses Cisco Jabber and Cisco Webex,
And it doesn't give me access to these applications.
Is there a solution to also connect Cisco phones?

Are Jabber and Webex applications not being detected, or is there just no link to initiate the call from the user page?

Indeed,
from MS-Edge which I use for the LS console,
not even the console itself gives me access to the CISCO applications, although it does to the MS applications.
Therefore, my question was and is,
Is there any way to make this possible,
that is, connect with Jabber or Webex?
