Trouble authenticating Lansweeper in Jira

Hi,

I am trying to integrate Lansweeper in Jira, and have followed the guide (https://docs.lansweeper.com/docs/api/authenticate).

However, when I try the URL code i get the following error: "Failed to load site data, please ensure that you have entered a valid 'Lansweeper Identity Code' or make sure 'Lansweeper Identity Code' is not expired."

I am not sure what i am doing wrong, but I'm sure it is something silly. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Or do I need to start practicing voodoo and do some rituals involving goats?

Hello there!

We presume that you need to use "Personal Application" instead of "Cloud Application". Then when you authorize site(s) you should get the "Identity Code".
