Hello team.
A change was made to the network, and a new firewall was added to perform a network segmentation. I moved a workstation behind the new firewall. I tried to perform a new scan on the workstation but it is giving me the following error:
RPC Unavailable
When I try to use the Connectiontester tool the information that is displayed is the following for the workstation that is behind the firewall:
Ping: ok
Scanning TCP ports.
135 Open (EPMAP)
139 closet
445 closet
Checking reverse DNS
I need to check the information of the workstation.

Yo Enzo - I'm not official support but.... try working with the firewall team to open port 139 for your endpoint you are testing on (only), then retry. I think WMI + RPC require file and print sharing protocols that communicate over 139. Or, if they don't want to loosen the rules for your endpoint, have them trace or view the rule/traffic logs for your endpoint and confirm.

Hello Jacob.
The workstation I'm using for testing was connected to the same network where the Lansweeper server was and everything worked perfectly. After that I just changed the IP address of the workstation to put it behind a new firewall that was installed. I don't think the workstation is the problem.
Thank you.

Hello Enzo,
This is most likely caused by your firewall. But there could be a few other causes.
These are outlined in the KB article below along with possible solutions.
