OS version in condition

Is it possible to check the OS version in the condition step for a package? I see the option for the architecture (32/64 bit), but I want to check the OS version (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, etc.).

[helpdesk] ability to delete notes

Would really like some sort of functionality to delete notes. It would be fine if this required higher levels of access. Would also be fine to do a soft-delete of sorts, which a note is essentially hidden, but can be reviewed if needed.
