I assume you are referring to the submission of a non-continuous range of IP addresses, as submitting a continuous range is already possible with the IP Address Exclusion option under Add Exclusion. IP addresses in a non-continuous range would need to be submitted one by one for now. Alternatively, they could be inserted directly into the relevant database table, but this is unfortunately not something we can provide instructions or support for.
