Greetings,
On a brand-new install of LS7 using IIS/8.5, I set up a login popup message. Slapped in a couple html tags to format it nicely, and it works!

Except it displays after you click "OK" or "Logout" a second time. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

OK, more weirdness. Click OK on the logon popup, no longer popping up twice. Great!
Navigate to another page, then click back - it pops up again.

Interesting, now that I am no longer using the built-in admin account (meaning AD account), it only displays once...

I quickly enabled the built-in example one and I don't get the pop-up twice. Would it be possible to share the pop-up you have?
